One that wasn’t mentioned here, COLD AIR. I open my refrigerator’s freezer and breathe the cold air. It seems to soothe the inflamed airways and I breathe easier almost instantly. Oddly enough alcohol will stop an asthma attack. Not just a beer, take 5 or 6 shots of liqour right in a row. Stay out of dusty cellars and barnsit can start the problem of wheezing.
